Track was still wet from rain in the morning, the painted curbs were extremely slippery he over corrected and spun out.

That sucks. The paint is so slippery on a wet day.

Nice.. here's one of mine 3 years ago on my CBR600RR.. I was chasing this guy on a 1k bike which I eventually passed after the 2nd right.. lol.. It sucked cuz it was raining as well and I had DOT race tires. Totally defeated the purpose of tire warmers whenever I hit a puddle..

Ohhhh!! How was install? I’ve had my RPI Oil cooler sitting on my work bench for 7 months lol

Wasn't that bad actually. I got side tracked a bit cuz of some unrelated stuff. Just had to modify that plastic mount that attaches behind the unit itself. I had to make some cuts to accomodate the bigger oil cooler.

Yeah its pretty nice man. Hopefully it performs as nice as it looks. There are a few confirmed positive feedbacks from the board.

Coded the DSC module to have MDM3...same as the E63 M6 with Competition package. I can say it does allow more wheel spin even in straight redline shifts.

did you do the thermostat mod (troys mod) also or just the oil? I’m due for an oil change andcan’t decide if I want to do this oil, liquid moly 10w60 or tbe BMW 10w60. Mine is a summer only car so I don’t have to worry about cold weather cold starts

Throwback Thursday...found some old pics of the e28, e39, and e60 -- more of a progression/evolution of the e60 from OEM through the last 9 years.

I haven't done that yet but would consider it if I ever needed to replace the thermostat. Im also running the K&P engineering reusable oil filter Troy recomended. Looks well made and will definitely catch stuff you dont like. I just cleaned it out with brake cleaner and soap, popped it back in.
