Looks like the PLCD sensor. After driving about 30 minutes or so, it stops sending a signal and I get the 2 cogs. Verified this watching the response while driving with INPA. Before that, everything is smooth, no issues. Still on original clutch if you can believe it. I have a PLCD on order and will be replacing it when it gets here.

very "over-square" design: at 1.26 bore vs. stroke
Is it accessories? Alternator, P.S. pump, etc.?
This bore/stroke design is for HIGH RPM.
