How often have you received BS from a BMW dealer?

Things like:

Oh, all M cars do that, Sir.

Oh, that is perfectly normal, Sir.

Yes, I promise you, your car will be ready next week, Sir.

Well, if our service does not suit you, you are welcome to go somewhere else!

and things along those lines.

Think back and count the instances/issues involving BS/deception/fraud/lies relating to your M5, then divide by how many years you have owned the car, and vote accordingly.

It's hard to vote on this yet.

Under Warranty:
My experiences with the M5 so far is that the dealer is not trying to screw me over, but that the shop foreman is not trained well enough to identify my problems. You can sense their honesty, but also their lack of knowledge. Time and time again I have to bring my car in to duplicate the problem, even if the faults are recorded in history. It's a policy thing and a training issue. However, I have also experienced times where they try to screw me over, but it's rare and I see little motive for them to do this - depending on the shop.

Out of Warranty:
They make the problem bigger than reality and tell you to repair things that don't need repairs.
