Raining and snowing all week, so GOOD pictures will be posted once the weather is nice.

For now these will have to do.

The only problem is that your mirrors are gloss and clash with the matte.

Is that a matte wrap or paint? I guess you don't care too much if it's a wrap, but being that I have a matte car, I can give you some advice here. Do not drive it when there is salt on the road, and do not travel too close to cars on the turnpike. The salt / rocks will scratch the paint, and it is very noticeable (much more than on normal shiny paint). I already have some rock chips on my front bumper intake (on left and right) from cars wanting to race, blowing by me in the shoulder of the road/highway, running over road debris and shooting it up at my car.

Man does that piss me ********** off.

The car is a wrap. We had the mirrors wrapped and it just doesn't look right.

The black window trim, antenna, trunk spoiler, mirrors and black window tint really break up it up. It's just TOO much matte black when you cover everything.

The vinyl is pretty durable. So far so good. I really don't drive the car much, doesn't see rain often and never snow.

Costs about $3500 The shop that does it is in suffern NY

Looks great, but I'd put the badges back on, take the matte black cover off the front BMW emblem, and wrap the mirrors in matte black cover as well.

I think another cosmetic mod that would suit your car nicely would be Euro headlights.

We had the mirrors wrapped. It does not look right with the black windows/black window trim. In person it flows very well, when I post better pics up you'll get the idea.

I have plans for custom roundels, so they are staying black, just waiting to get them finished.
Very nice.
Thanks!

I wouldn't take it to a automatic car wash (I wouldn't take my car to an auto car wash without the wrap!). It was washed only one time by the guy who did the wrap. He just used the car brush he uses on every car. Then he went over it and squeegee and then hand dried with a microfiber.

The vinyl is pretty tough, and as a benefit it keeps the paint protected.

They guarantee the vinyl for I think 10 years?

Car looks good, and if it does crack and bubble you can always take it off and you got the nice paint under neath. Like i said before the only person you have to impress is yourself.

hey as long as your happy thats cool its your car, in the end sorry if I came off as an *****. i've just had too many bad experiences with auto vinyl in the past to go and spend money on it again.

your car looks great what was the original color under the wrap? i actually want to go matte black myself but saving up for the paint job (gives me alot time to think about this decision lol)

my problem was that I didn't have a garage to keep it in so 2 yrs time it faded and peeled to the point where it needed to come off cause my car looked like a junker lol. prior to it peeling it slowly faded yellow over time so i knew it was coming but i guess i was asking for it keeping it outdoors 24/7. i'll have to look up the brand, i think black vinyl is just the fastest fading/drying because of its attractive property to UV rays. in the end nothing lasts forever even factory paint jobs fade so enjoy it and find out what proper maintenance is required. cause washing it every 2 week with mild soap and water apparently wasn't enough for mine to stay alive outdoors
