Do I just need the 20 Rod Bearings to do the change, or do I need additional parts/gaskets etc?

Also, for the Vanos Solenoids? Just order all 4 and that's it right?

I think you should get the M5 section of the board. A lot of M5 owners have done this. They should have the information you're seeking.
