All, just cleaned the wheel wells and am down to the tan factory undercoating and wanted to freshen up the areas before I begin reassembly of the front/rear suspension. Been watching the really OCD posts on Youtube from Reddish Automotive and am not going to go that far on my undercarriage but want something nicer than I have to match the parts I have refinished. Just want your thoughts on how I should precede, not stripping the OEM stuff as there is no need to repair any rust here, just want it to look better and here are some options I have.
Option 1- Clean it as it is now and go no further
Option 2- Use the black(not rattle can) rubberized undercoat I have
Option 3- Use some 3M RockerShutz in a tan color to match the OEM stuff\

I would definitely go with the black. The lighter colors show road grime so easy and generally just always looks dingy; black helps the wheels pop a bit more too. Just curious; if no repairs why the need to spray more, just looking for more protection?
