Not a UTE. It's either an M3 convertible with a makeshift top so that drivers dont freeze their balls off or, as per Jalopnik, a one-off parts hauler.

Good of BMW to make an M3 parts hauler, though, if it's a real M3.

So Hanz, what vehicle should we use for hauling ze parts?
We should use ze M3, Franz! To ze chop shop!

But will it hold a sheet of plywood? Looks surprisingly good. AWD version might sell very well in the mountains and NE USA.
