We will be scaling back the event significantly this year.

No Dyno - IPS, the dyno shop, closed. It will be very difficult to find another shop to do the dyno for that price.
No Drag strip - Too expensive, not enough participants.
No Police Escort - Very expensive and we had issues getting everyone to pay their share.
T shirts will be PRE ORDER ONLY
Stickers will be available
A Charity(s) will be onsite to accept donations. Any proceeds from the sticker and T shirt sales will also be donated.

Event schedule:

Thursday, June 9th - Arrival Dinner - 7pm - Dinner will be held at Dave and Buster's in the Polaris Mall. We have reserved a private banquet room. The restaurant is located on the North-East side of the Mall.

Dave and Buster's
1554 Polaris Parkway, Suite 206
Columbus, OH 43240
Phone 614-310-6800

Friday, June 10th - Morning to afternoon (Times TBD)- Casual cruise through Hocking Hills. (beautiful area South of Columbus) THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE A SPIRITED RACE THROUGH WINDING ROADS. This WILL be a leisure cruise through some scenic areas of Ohio. A waiver will be required to participate in this cruise. I am trying to arrange a group lunch gathering while we are down there.

Friday, June 10th (evening) - Last year we were rained out of the drag strip, so we lined up bowling at Star Lanes. We can do that again, or take a vote on other ideas. Still open for discussion.

Saturday, June 11th - Timmayfest 2014 - Quaker Steak and Lube Polaris - 10am - 4pm - We are meeting at the same venue as the last 5 years, Quaker Steak and Lube in Polaris. It is a very convenient location with plenty of hotels, restaurants, and the Polaris Mall right across the street.

Quaker Steak and Lube
8500 Lyra Drive
Columbus, OH 43240

Saturday, June 11th - 7pm - Dinner at Cantina Loredo

Cantina Loredo
8791 Lyra Dr.
Columbus, Ohio 43240

Saturday, June 11th - "The Afterparty" - Following dinner, we all head back to the Hilton hotel in Polaris and partake in a few frosty cold adult beverages and see what the night holds. We go back to the hotel to ensure there are no unsafe acts of drinking and driving.

Here are some addresses.....

Quaker Steak and Lube
8500 Lyra Drive
Columbus, OH 43240

Polaris Mall
1500 Polaris Parkway
Columbus, OH 43240

Hotels:

A large group of stay here (The Hilton Polaris). This hotel fills up fast. We also have the "after party" in the lobby on Saturday night.

I am working on getting us a group rate. I will update this thread when it is finalized.

hi Timmay, super off topic so my apologies for that.
I'm very interested in a set of your exhaust tips for my e39 m5. Are you still making/selling these?
my posts are too low so I'm unable to pm you, but could you email me at [email protected] and let me know?

Thank you in advance

Looking forward to seeing everyone this year!

As some of you know I'm parting out a 2002 M5 Oxford Green / Caramel with 56,060 miles.

Let me know if you need anything and I can bring the part(s) to you in June. Save on shipping.

I still have two bent rear rims that I would like to move, shipping is pricey on those.

Interested in joining the Friday cruise through Hocking Hills on Jun 10th. How do I get access to the waiver that needs to be filled out? Where are the majority meeting up and at what time? Is there a planned route / drive schedule? Thanks.

timmay, can you update the first post to include dyno, escort and other new items?

The Hocking Hills cruise has been changed to a Dyno Day. Sorry. Didn't get enough votes for the Cruise, more people wanted a Dyno Day.

Please check this thread. I can't edit the first post without the help of a mod.....
