Anyone know if there is an o2 simulator for our cars? My question is I have race software. When I go to do inspection they plug in the obII computer inspector if software is on it automatically fails and says cat defic.. So I have to take off all software, do a reset and do the rediness test which is a pain in the ***. Hopefully pull up to the inspection center without the dumb ses light on pass test and and put software back on. All together its frustrating and a waste of time. Would an o2 simulator solve this issue? Anyone have any ideas on this?

If your race software has turned off your post cat O2 sensors, you will never pass the OBDII readiness test and will always have to go through that same process to pass. I used to have to do that as well. Have you removed the cats? You'll need software that leaves the sensors on but turns them way down, some spark plug non-foulers that pull the sensor out of the exhaust stream, or maybe both.
