one thing we wont be doing is rushing these kits out just to be first .....road testing is everything .

Just look at what happened when all those other tuners rushed out their charger kits for the E46 M3 with only a few miles testing ....all those engines transformed into scrap .......:grrrrr: why do you think ACS withdrew supercharger kits for thi scar from Uk and other terretory sale ?

On the issue of warantee , we are talking to same company that underwrites the warantee schemes for ASA infinitas ....but itis along drawn out process that is taking much longer than anticipated ...we are working on it guys
my previous comment was not intended to be negative. sorry to have you take it the wrong way. i would want to buy anything that has not been tested and proved to work like our beasts. i appreciate that you guys are doing it the right way, instead of just jumping the gun.

Ok...thanks...My situation as follows...My old m5 is for sale NOW...I am almost found the replacement for it 2002 low millage E39 M5...but this one, I want to superchrge IT...but I dont have too much cash to spare...

Since I been living in London for almost 8 years before, I am thininking to visit again and bring the car my self or get my friend to do it...

I have couple of questions...

What is approximate installation times and any difficulties could occur with your kit?

Installation cost in UK (lowest possible pls)?

Any other discounts if I do everything is UK and you will be able to test the KIT?

What is subframe reinforcement and how could it be done else where?

What can be done about ECU if installation not in UK?

What clutch do you offer??? UCC? or simular? can it withold dragracing abuse?

Your Tinanium exhaust for M5, is it CAT BACK or just mufflers?

and last Q...any warranties on any of those parts that you supply?

Many Thanks,

Misha

Hi...Thanks for you answers...Hopefully my dream will come true...and I can bring my new BEAST to you soon...

Warranties on some parts would help to make a Final decisionsx!!!

Can you do ECU for NO CATS, 63 mm X-pipe (like SS) and back 63mm Sport Mufflers???

Who does ECU for you Superchip? How does your software compares to Powerchip?
I scanned through this pretty fast so I'm sorry If i missed it somwhere. But, For those that got it or saw this kit, anything to say or report?
hi guys

more news soon , am awaiting more images .

Regarding mapping , I am sure we can tailor the new map to allow for other modifications . We will have more details on the mapping shortly .

hi guys

Like I said , these things take time .

The cars were not producing quite the power we expected but this has now been traced to the fuel pump not providing sufficient pressure at the top of the rev range ( 5 bar only ) ;we have now installed fuel management unit and rising rate regulator that seems to have corrected the problem.

Another delay has been delivery of W/A cooler parts and DME boards .

The cars being thoroughly tested (to death almost) before we will release the kits . Things are taking longer than we expected no doubt .No excuses ,that is just the nauture of this industry , I dont mean to offend AT ALL , but take it or leave it ..one thing we will NOT be doing is releasing the kit before WE think it is ready .

You would soon be complaining if the kits developed a fault that more R and D would have obviated :)

some other companies have announced their plans for M5 compressor kits well before we did and they too still have not released them .....

We now only have ONE kit left at the intro price ,obviously we keep these customers more in the loop during development as they have actually handed over payments ; in two cases payment in full , so I hope you guys understand these customers must take priority initially ...

I will continue to post as much progress as possible , images soon I promise ,

thanks for your continued interest

regards

roy

I think there is interest on the board, so we just want some regular type update to know it is going forward. Your email did that. Keep testing, get it right, no problem!!!

Jerry
no problem guys , i will keep you updated as often as possible , apologies for some delays but I am away a lot on businessat the moment .

Jayson, I am a respectfull guy, yes direct but never rude ,it's immature and gets one nowhere .
I never said it was a snap ; what i said is once the kit was developed it would be a pretty straightforward install . If all us different tuners are taking a while on this project then that just further reinforces the points in my last post !!

You are welcome to make informed and reasonable posts on my thread Jayson (even tho you say you have no interest in the kit ???) , otherwise please may I ask you with all respect to desist .

speak to you all soon .

Wasn't ment to be rude at all, I'm being straight forward with you, 610 hp is alot even more in a sedan, it's a big promise and alot of time has gone by, if I seem doubtfull, it's not that I am just that Ive been down the road of being the test mule, so you may take a bit of that, for that I'm sorry, but it's where I'm at now. I follow with no desire to have it on my car, more just cuz I would like to see it done, but at what point do you say ok, it's been 3 months of testing, 5, 6, a year, 4 years ok show me somthing...No disrepect just that over the years with many cars, Ive seen alot of things promised only to fade out or not work, so I like to know exactly whats going on, and to see results...Thats why I say keep it quiet or produce, not disrepectfull, more like if you show me a little and somthing does go wrong and it takes more and more time, then what is left to think? I hope you see what I'm getting at.

LOL ...Jeez you just dont know when to let go eh mate ? ouich :D

If I was a clairvoyant then I could forsee all the problems ahead in any project and give you a completion date down to the second ; but I am human so sue me :3:

This kind of development takes as long as it takes , welcome to the world of serious and professional engine tuning .

We have both said our bit Jayson , so may i suggest we leave it there , agree to disagree as it were  No hard feelings

all the best
