New sole importer for Koenigsegg in Quatar

"The addition of Koenigsegg to our extensive business portfolio, reiterates our continuous commitment to delivering world-class automotive options to our Qatari clients."

"Maryan said each Koenigsegg car is handmade in Sweden, and extensively inspected and tested by Von Koenigsegg before being allowed to leave the factory. Petre noted that Qatar had been high on the list of priorities for the company after having established its office in Dubai, but that they had been searching for an appropriate partner for years, until finding NBK.
Petre said the company had sold five units of the car in Dubai. The car is designed for low as well as extremely high speeds, and begins at a price of 680,000 euros (nearly QR4mn). A Koenigsegg CCX was unveiled at the NBK showroom, and Maryan said the car will be available from the fourth quarter of this year.
