Okay, My name is Jake (Doctor Bimmer).
I own and operate a cluster and radio display pixel repair shop in the great NW of Washington state. I am licensed and bonded. You can find my website at the bottom of the post. Since becoming a member of M5Board, not only have I run into great guys here locally and nationally. Several of you have already used my services and can vouch, but for now, a BIG THANK YOU GIVEAWAY...

This month (tentatively), I am giving 50% off pixel repairs for the first THREE to reply to this posting. I am looking for the first three replies to this thread that need a cluster or Mid pixel repair. That means lifetime warranty on pixel repair for only $75. Must be shipped out on or before 5/31/13.

If you don't get a chance to use the promotion, ALL other interested replies will get a lifetime warranty pixel repair with free 2 day return shipping for $150 as long as the unit is shipped here on or before 5/31/13.

The simple rules of the promotion:
- You must have a minimum of 25 posts to qualify for any M5board promotional discounts.
- You must be able to send your unit on or before 5/31/13.
- This does not apply to defective gauges or defective MID buttons, just the ribbon cable repair.
- Only the defective ribbon cable will be replaced, any other items needed will be at an additional charge.
- Return shipping is not included for the 50% off promotional price.

Thank you forum and Moderators for allowing me to give back to the community. If I am breaking too many rules, just let me know and I will remove the thread as needed.

BMWM5LOVER: Canada makes no difference to me. You ship it down just like everyone else.

LANZA360: Got you marked down. To remove you will need a flat head screw driver, a number 2 phillips, and a torx t10 driver. Remove the left and right trim on either side of the wheel using the flat head driver to carefully pry up with even slow pressure. Then remove the phillips head screws holding the cluster trim down. Remove the three t10 screws on the top of the cluster trim. Remove trim. Remove the two t10 screws at the top of the cluster. Remove cluster. Send to me.

The list for $150 is still a great deal. Would like to be put on that one.

My other M5 needs this done. Do you do Audi LCD repair?
I do only BMW for now. Although I have done the Audi before, the turnaround for audi units is like a week. Bmw units are same day. The $150 list is still available.

Hi there,
Would you do cluster and radio x5 2003 for $200 both?
Thanks.
I will agree to this as part of the May promotion. You need to ship these out on or before 5/31/13. I will include return ground shipping for you. Any faster and you cover it. Turn around for both of these is still one day. Thanks.
The Doc
