We have developed a custom enclosure that effectively conceals the V1 Radar Locator in plain sight. While this was developed for use with our custom V1 Mirror Systems, those that have the V1 concealed display (outside the mirror) may also find this useful. The enclosure is a factory BMW motion sensor cover that has been modified to fit the V1. We have a rainbow of fabric so this can be customized to match any interior. The cover has plastic grills in the front and rear and the V1 will likely retain laser alert functionality depending on placement. The unit is intended to be mounted to the rear deck or headliner, I'm sure some will find other suitable locations.

I bought one of those covers on eBay, to do the same thing (great minds think alike) :cheers:
The V1 did not fit with the case installed, and I did not want to remove the case.

We end up removing the cover from the V1 in most applications and wrap it in electrical tape if it will be close to any conductive materials. We've never had any issues with the cover removed. :cheers:
