can anyone supply the flywheel bolts to crankshaft torque and the clutch plate to flywheel bolts spec's...replacing the clutch next week and that is what i lack...TIA :M5launch:

This data is 2 years old. Use at own risk:

Clutch to crankshaft:

All M8 8.8 24 Nm
All M8 10.9 34 Nm

(8.8 and 10.9 refer to normal and high-strength bolts respectively. These numbers are stamped into the boltheads.)

Bellhousing to engine block

All M8 27 Nm
All M10 51 Nm
All M12 86 Nm

Flywheel to crankshaft

105 Nm. New bolts are packaged with flywheel. Do not reuse bolts.
Do not use screw-locking stuff. Windings are oiled from factory.

A general advice: be ultra carful with the alignment tubes between bellhousing crankshaft, and between bellhousing and gearbox.
Also carefully check clearance between new flywheel pulse-cogs and the RPM pickup. You may need to add shims, or remove some plastic material from the pickup housing.
