need advice from people with coilovers and camber plates
well while installing my new coilovers i noticed that the top hat did not have that nub that secures it to the body like the stock one. so i went ahead and installed it as is and noticed that once installed, (not tightened to the strut mount) that i can move it back and forth.

so after seeing that , i then took apart the coilovers and used my factory top hat (guide support). but in doing so i was not able to grab as many threads from the strut as i would like.
so my question is do you guys have a problem with the missing nub ?
