I don't know how I managed to do another GP so quickly, but here we go again I guess!
This is how it'll work (I don't mean to sound curt but there are a lot of logistics, approvals, organization of buyers, submission of paperwork, etc in these things and I have two others going on now in other forums, so it's hair-pulling-out time):
1. This GP will end Sunday night, October 16th, at 9PM EST. I just have to squeeze this one in between the other two I am doing. I have to submit all warranties electronically by that date. That means all warranties have to be written up AND paid for by that time, so unless you are overnighting a check, payment will need to be made by master/visa by phone to make that cutoff time.
2. Buyers 1-4 will pay the regular price. Buyers 5-9 will get the 5% GP discount at the time of their purchase, and then I will go back and refund 5% to buyers 1-4. If we hit 10 people, then the 10th person gets a 10% GP discount, and I go back and refund 5% to buyers 1-9. Trust me, this is the ONLY way this process will work. There is simply no way to get everyone to pay simultaneously, and I can't give GP pricing and then if we do not hit it go back and ask everyone for an additional 5%.
3. Those of you whose cars are out of factory new-car warranty (not CPO) or have less than 30 days AND 1K miles remaining on their warranties, will need to get their cars inspected at a franchised BMW dealer. Those same cars will have a 30 day and 1K mile waiting period where no claims can be filed. I will provide the inspection form. You just need to get the inspection done and send the completed form back to me within a week or so of your warranty purchase.
4. Just to be clear on coverage, this is an exclusionary policy covering almost all mechanical and electrical items on and in the car. Engine, trans, electrics, seals/gaskets, electronics are all covered with a $100 per-visit deductible. iDrive is covered, VANOS is covered, and if you have an SMG car the SMG pump is covered. The wear items in the SMG clutch such as the pressure plate, friction material, throwout bearing, etc are not covered, as they are wear items like a brake pad or tire. But honestly, the SMG pump is the big ticket item, and that IS covered.
Thanks all, I appreciate the business and referrals and if you have any questions just email me at

p.s. When you buy a warranty from me, you don't just buy a warranty and move on. I am here to help AFTER you buy your warranty, which is what makes me different from every other seller of these plans. I have extensive experience with claims, and an excellent relationship with the head of claims at NAC, so I can get things done that no one else can (there's a M5Board member on here who I worked with on a claim and I saved him close to $10K, he posted about it on here back in September). That's a big part of why people prefer to work with me.
