Hey guys.

NAC is a solid company, both financially and as far as the claims experience. They are not anyone's friend, they are an insurance company, but they pay what they are obligated to pay and that's what I look for in a company to represent; no games at claim time.

Nothing is perfect, and in fact lots of people complain about things with their new-car warranty. But as far as getting what you pay for, NAC represents a very good value for the coverage they offer, and they pay what they are supposed to pay.

If you'd like references from people that have gotten claims paid, feel free to email me at [email protected] and I can let you talk to some of my other BMW, MB, and Audi customers.

A GP with 5 people gets a 5% discount. It takes 10 to get to 10%. I think it's too soon to run another GP here, and I am doing two on other forums right now so it's a little crazy. But email me and I'll see what I can do, sometimes I can sneak someone into another GP, sometimes I have a $100 or $150 coupon from my rep, etc.

I don't know how I managed to do another GP so quickly, but here we go again I guess!

This is how it'll work (I don't mean to sound curt but there are a lot of logistics, approvals, organization of buyers, submission of paperwork, etc in these things and I have two others going on now in other forums, so it's hair-pulling-out time):

1. This GP will end Sunday night, October 16th, at 9PM EST. I just have to squeeze this one in between the other two I am doing. I have to submit all warranties electronically by that date. That means all warranties have to be written up AND paid for by that time, so unless you are overnighting a check, payment will need to be made by master/visa by phone to make that cutoff time.

2. Buyers 1-4 will pay the regular price. Buyers 5-9 will get the 5% GP discount at the time of their purchase, and then I will go back and refund 5% to buyers 1-4. If we hit 10 people, then the 10th person gets a 10% GP discount, and I go back and refund 5% to buyers 1-9. Trust me, this is the ONLY way this process will work. There is simply no way to get everyone to pay simultaneously, and I can't give GP pricing and then if we do not hit it go back and ask everyone for an additional 5%.

3. Those of you whose cars are out of factory new-car warranty (not CPO) or have less than 30 days AND 1K miles remaining on their warranties, will need to get their cars inspected at a franchised BMW dealer. Those same cars will have a 30 day and 1K mile waiting period where no claims can be filed. I will provide the inspection form. You just need to get the inspection done and send the completed form back to me within a week or so of your warranty purchase.

4. Just to be clear on coverage, this is an exclusionary policy covering almost all mechanical and electrical items on and in the car. Engine, trans, electrics, seals/gaskets, electronics are all covered with a $100 per-visit deductible. iDrive is covered, VANOS is covered, and if you have an SMG car the SMG pump is covered. The wear items in the SMG clutch such as the pressure plate, friction material, throwout bearing, etc are not covered, as they are wear items like a brake pad or tire. But honestly, the SMG pump is the big ticket item, and that IS covered.

Thanks all, I appreciate the business and referrals and if you have any questions just email me at [email protected].

p.s. When you buy a warranty from me, you don't just buy a warranty and move on. I am here to help AFTER you buy your warranty, which is what makes me different from every other seller of these plans. I have extensive experience with claims, and an excellent relationship with the head of claims at NAC, so I can get things done that no one else can (there's a M5Board member on here who I worked with on a claim and I saved him close to $10K, he posted about it on here back in September). That's a big part of why people prefer to work with me.

Hey bruce
I sent you an email - but i dont think you got it as blackberry is having service outages.
The earliest I can do an inspection is next week (they are fully booked).
Can i pay and send in the inspection later to be part of the GB?

Yes....buying the warranty and then doing the inspection is fine. You just can't do it the other way around, because the inspection can not pre-date the warranty purchase or the inspection is invalid and has to be done again.

I just recently cancel my warranty with fidelity they suckss i end up paying for my on hydro pum and fly wheel for my smg... Im in the process of canceling them....it seem nac is good but im gonna do some more research....good info thanks.....btw how much did u pay? Are they local or nationwide because im in va....please let me know looking for extended warranty asap
The warranties are nationwide, so I can help you if you email me your VIN# and current odometer reading to [email protected].

I'm very curious as to the details of your experience with Fidelity. Assuming it was NOT Fidelity Automotive Solutions, Fidelity (the one out of Deerfield Beach FL) is a very good company and I'm surprised to hear you had a negative claims experience. Although no one will cover the flywheel in the clutch...it is a wear item and is not covered, the same as the friction material, pressure plate, throwout bearing, etc. What you need covered in an SMG car is the SMG pump, and my warranty does cover that.

Hey, I just want to explain something to everyone that's contemplating going in.

This is a pretty small forum. It's difficult for me to get to even 5 people to get the GP pricing, as we do not have zillions of members like on some other forums.

As a result, you can't wait to see if there are 5 people before you go in, or the whole thing will fail. We need YOU to go in, as that's the only way we'll ever get to 5 people in the first place.

Buyers 1-4 pay standard pricing. As soon as the 5th person goes in, that person gets the 5% discount, and I then refund 1-4 their 5%.

The discount on average is about $210. The pricing is still pretty good even without that discount for the coverage and term you get, especially since these cars can rack up some serious claims over time. I hope none of you is thinking about going without a warranty for 3-4 years of ownership because they may not get that $210 discount!! Very risky bet.

Buy my point in this post is that if everyone stands by the side of the pool waiting to see who jumps in, no one ends up going swimming. :)
