I have the exact same questions??? :dunno:

From all of the research NAC seems to be the way to go, but has anyone on the board here actually used it yet? I think there was one example of using the warranty successfully.

Shopping around myself.

I purchased my NAC warranty in July and have submitted three claims so far - 1) a faulty ambient temperature sensor (~$270); 2) a leaking rear strut assembly (~$950); and 3) a faulty steering lock and shorting brake light relay (~$700). Items 1) and 3) were repaired at a dealership and the strut at an independent. NAC paid all three. The ones at the dealership had no intervention from me with NAC, it was completely seamless. I had a little involvement with 2), but not much and it was ultimately approved and quickly paid. No complaints from me.
Wow! What a great response and thank you for the detailed feedback! :applause:

I just e-mailed Bruce a day or two ago about my brother and I getting a NAC Warranty quote (each of us has a E60 M5). This just confirms in my mind, that I am 100% in on this depending on what prices he quotes me. With each of those claims it was $100 for the deductible correct?

I see a few others on the board inquiring about this... Can we get another group buy together? I believe we all can get a 10% discount on the warranty if we do so.

Thanks again,

Eric
