Got some picture taken while I am replacing the master clutch cylinder:
First Get the following parts:
Master Clutch cylinder, Slave Clutch cylinder

Part Number:
Master

Slave

First Cover off

Speaker Wire Remove

Then Air Duct off

Master cylinder view

Nuts to remove, very tight near the steering column

Outside the firewall

Remember to take some cloth to cover up before removing

Since it is too tight to work on, I need to remove the clutch fluid unit to gain access

Then pull the master cylinder out

Then reverse the removing steps
Next to install the slave cylinder
