x5world.com has manuals for 2000 and 2003. The 2003 is the one you want to use as the 2000 was for the 4:3 nav.

Only problem is the 03 was a dvd nav system, rather than the cd system, so you may want to look at both. the functionality of the 00, with the display of the 03. You could probably find a manual at the dealer too.
