Have any of those luckily enough to have their M5 already, opted to have the detactable tow bar fitted? If so how does it look when in place? And if removed (detached) is there any visable signs to show where it goes or are the fittings completely concealed? Where are the electrics for conection to the trailer (i.e. are they concealed)? Is it easy to fit and remove? At the moment I haven't included this as an option as i felt it would spoil the look of the car, but i can see occassions when i may like the option of towing a boat.

Ashok, thanks again for pointing me in the right direction. I tend to agree that a tow bar and M5 aren't a great combination, I think I'll resort back to my 4x4 for all the towing. What would have suited completely was the ability to have the tow bar when required, but remove completely from sight when not required. :M5eyes:
