Today, together with a friend on mine, we attended to the ///M Sport day organized by BMW Italia by the local Golf Club in Trieste.
We have spent few beautiful hours on greens and playing with our favorite toys. There was the complete range of M cars and we test driven almost all of them. Personally I tried M5 touring, M6 Cabrio LCI and M3.
Three completely different but all amazing cars.

Attached please find some pics I took during this beautiful Sunday.

Would you care to describe the differences in acceleration to us?

I mean it is a worthy topic. The M6 should be just flying compare to the m5 touring even tho it is an estate but they have the same engine.

But the lighter m3 could also keep up even with a weaker V8.

IMO the best to drive is the M3. The manual gear is much faster than the SMG and the V8 on this car is simply awesome. So reactive and quick. It is a pure driving pleasure.
M5 and M6 are quite similar. Of course M6 has better handling due to its shape, weight and chassis.
I am a bit regret that I did not try the Z4 M as this oughta be a go-kart.
