Anyone know where I can find locking lug nuts for HRE wheels, ideally powder coated black? I contacted HRE and oddly enough they don't sell lug nuts.

Your right, it is odd, but we are very focused on making quality wheels. The accessories is left to other high quality vendors. If you havent found what you need, I can definitely help point you to some vendors for wheel locks.

Just bought a set for mine at Turner. Not powdercoated but black. I think they are recessed so far into the wheel you won't be able to tell if they are powdercoated or not. Put mine on yesterday.
