I want to upgrade my rims this spring, but with so many choices out there I don't want to shell out cash before I see what they look like on a Beast.
Any pictures and comments would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Tire Rack has a function where you can "put" the rims on your car to see what they look like. It only gives a profile, but you get a better idea.

Here are some shots of my M5 with SSR GT3 wheels. The backs have a 3" lip and the fronts have a 2" lip. They are light and durable. Enjoy.

The OZ wheels look great on your Beast.
Are they 18s or 19s?
At the moment I'm considering the Oz, Dinan or BBS LM's.

I have the BBS CH's which I think complements the look of the M5 very well.

M5XDW-

Those LMs are stunning, as is your Silverstone Beast! What a stellar combination. A classic beauty.

It's funny, before the E39 M5 emerged in the States, it seems that ALL the official photos were of Silverstone M5s. And in real life, it may the ONLY colour I've never seen first-hand. Yours looks great!

mubarak,

Tire Rack sells them, and they are about half the price of a comparable pair of HRE 500r-series wheels. I have 19x8.5 in front and 19x10 in back running 255 and 275 width tires on them. They DO NOT require spacers but choose your rear tires carefully. The Bridgestone S-03s I had rubbed the rear fender but the Michelin Pilot Sports do not. I do have an aftermarket suspension on it though. If you don't, I doubt you will have to worry about rubbing issues.
