Welcome and congrats. Re the Insp. II, those step are easy to do with even minimal DIY skill. Do fluids, plugs and filters yourself and save your $$ for the more complicated stuff.
@Edgy36-39 You know what learned? Even the simple stuff at an Indy is expensive on these cars... I got the shop to do these items for me and it was a pretty penny. I'm going to have @gzig5 repair/reseal the lower oil pan and just do the install myself... Indy shop quoted me at $870 for this job for replacement + labor. No thank you.

That's what I'm saying - do it yourself. Maybe join the local CCA chapter and start hitting the DIY events - great value for membership. For the more complicated stuff, see if you can build a relationship with someone you trust who doesn't mind you sourcing the parts. That's another way to say big $$.
