Took my car out and did some freeway runs from 100-200 kph (62-124 mph), starting in 3rd...and then a couple others starting in 2nd. Of course it isn't very accurate at all, but as I'm watching the video, I starting clicking my stopwatch on the 100-200 kph runs and I'm getting around 8.0-8.5 seconds on my watch (8.0 seconds for the runs where I started accelerating before 100kph, and 8.5 when I started at a static 100 kph). And yes, I realize our speedos read high. This isn't scientific by any means, nor am I saying I'm truly running those times. But the speedo climbs pretty darn quick, that's for sure.
