When I got my car the roundels were replaced with some cheesy M badges.. How do I remove it so I can put the proper BMW roundel I just purchased on?

Just lever them off with something slim and flat like a butter knife. Slide a thin piece of card/paper under the knife to prevent scratching the paint.
