There are a couple ways you can do it. The simplest way to do it is use vinegar diluted 1:1. Spray and let it sit for a minute without letting it dry up then wipe it off with a microfiber towel. Another approach is to use a All Purpose Cleaner like Meg's APC or P21s total auto wash diluted 4:1. Same method with the vinegar. If these two method does not work then you can use a mild cut polish to get rid of it. Something like Scratch X will probably be good enough to take them out. Hope this helps you a bit.
