I have a small white plastic piece of the headlight leveler broke off and sitting in between the headlight cover in front of the amber turn signal. I figured out what it was by looking at another tread on the form. I guess the previous owner must have replaced the leveler as they work fine. My question is do I need to remove the whole assembly to remove the piece or is there a way to remove a light and try to fish the piece out. Thanks

Yes; you can remove the bulb(s) and shake it out.
