While looking around my engine bay last night, I noticed that the hood cover doesn't seem to fit properly into all the slots. Seems like it's only being held in by the screws. even if one side goes into the slots all the way, the other side would not even come close. Like it shrunk by about 1" - 1.5" all the way around over time. Normal fitting? I can snap a pic for reference if needed.
Hood Cover...is it just me...

Mine is the same way I guess it shrinks with heat and time.

pics? Are you referring to one side not closing fully when looking the hood from the front? I thought that was adjustable.
