ok folks i am asking for advice here

i have been told that if you change the exhaust you must adapt the sortware (ie dinan) to gain any advantage from the new exhaust

here is what i want to do
i want to cut my exhaust pipes just befor the mufflers and put a turned down stainless elbow so that i have a muffler delete and keep stock mufflers in place.....

or should i do a straight muffler delete and do straight pipe?

if so is there any ill that may come to my car, will i see a performance increase or decrease?

any tricks to assure that i keep my warranty in place?

You do realize you car will be extremely loud without the mufflers right.
I would say IF you do a muffler delete, then get rid of the mufflers all together. No need to have the heavy mufflers on there just for looks.

What's your reason for wanting to delete your mufflers?
