I'm in TIS (service information) trying to figure out how to decipher service codes. TIS service information is looking for 9 digits in the following format: NN NN NNNN where N is numeric. The service codes on the dealer sheet are 10 digits, some with characters at the end. For instance, 85990088MP. So, how do you break this apart so you can input it into TIS to see what it is? Or can't you do this in TIS? Am I even in the right spot???

The only help I can offer is the numbers that end in MP are part of the 'maintenance plan' so that routine service, oilservice etc.
