Heated Windshield Washer Nozzle

My washer nozzels are froozen.

I searched this, but did not find an definitive answer.

It seems like heated nozzels it may not be an option.

Accordig to the manual (p. 60) both nozzels are heated whenever the car is running or the ignition is turned on. Now if the car has been sitting outside and everything freezes up, it may take some time for those heaters to melt everthing. I imagine they are not all that powerful.
