Anyone else see the August BMW car magazine with the Hartge S62 powered 1 series? Faster than an E60 M5 they say. 450HP @7200rpm, 375lbft @ 3800rpm and it weighs 1455kg (3207lbs). I'll bet it's a bundle of fun, I quote:

"You smile at how instantly the engine responds to even tiny throttle inputs, whatever the speed, whatever the gear, as the scarcely contained kinetic thuggery itches to break free."

Wow.

I've never been a big fan of the 1 Series but this Hartge H1 V8 5.0 looks simply stunning, lovelove and goes like the proverbial rocket. :M5rev:
