North Korea it is.

I presented a potential UR route through North Korea last year. Max is doing it.
I introduced the idea of realtime tracking through GPS handheld devices. Max is doint it.
I launch a Forum for the Ultimate Rally which grows BOOM. Max is opening one too.

It's not north korean, actually, its a step further then your idea. It's 1000 Miles in China, then an airlift to Europe, with another 1000 miles, with a final airlift to the U.S., for the final 1000 miles.
