It goes effect the gloss, but this is ever so slightly have a look at my gallery click here and make up your own decision. It does have a very slight orange peel effect however this is better than the original paint. So having the film on it has improved it. I would rather have these slight issues then a having stone chips covering the front of the car.<o:p></o:p>
