woah... you go to Furman? More importantly, there are two Furman students on here? I graduated in '05 (sae).

Two Furman students owning m5's?? Deep pockets, or good scholarships!
I had a partial scholarship myself... lost it after first semester though - too much beer. I miss Furman's campus terribly - absolutely beautiful. In other exiting FU news, G Dubbya will be speaking at graduation this year. Pretty cool.

Yes sir! I'm a junior and he's a freshman. I don't think he's on here as much as I am.

Yeah, it's pretty cool, but I'm glad it's not my graduation.

Uh oh, next you'll tell us you wish Hillary was speaking? How's life in North Village? Man I wish I had my car in school - you make any runs up to caesars head/ brevard/ asheville? Beautiful country with lots of twisties. I had a pledge that had a modded Z3 (manual) and his pledge task was to come pick me up 3 times a week so we could drive in the mountains - paris mtn is a fun trip too.

I'd love to see your beast next time in up there...

Haha. Actually Hillary did come to make a speech at Furman as well as Obama. Ann Coulter was here last week too for a CLP (she sucked).

North Village is awesome. Eight of us lived in the cabin last year and it was fun as hell, but I like having a private room much better. G and H are being renovated this summer, BTW.

The roads up to Asheville are awesome. I got to drive them on my way back from picking up the car. I haven't been up to Caesar's Head yet but I hear it's pretty good. Paris Mountain is fun too, but I'm not comfortable enough with the M5 to tackle that yet (it's way more of a handful than my IS300 was).

Oh, good old CLPs. Make sure you get them done... I had to go to a bunch senior year that were terrible. Ben Stein was my favorite. Yeah, Paris Mtn is certainly intimidating - lot of blind curves. His car was like a go-kart though. I'll be up there a wedding May 24th, so maybe a afternoon run up to Caesars head Fri the 23rd? Having three of us would be awesome.

That sounds great. Shoot me a PM around that time and we'll plan it out.

We need some buddies... I havent had the opportunity to do a group drive yet so why not try and get some others involved??? We need to show these west coast dudes that we have some fun terrain on our side of the hill as well.
