Hi!

I have a 2005 sedan with 69.000km.
I love the car and have not experienced any problems with it until yesterday.
Wife drove it and when shifting from 2 to 3 normal acceleration the gear went in N and a message
came up "Transmission overload" or something similar. .
She stopped the engine and atfer that it will not start again.
I dont hear the SMG pump like I have always used to, and its been kind a "slow" to start lately type 2-4 seconds befort
it fires after you turn the ignition.
Any tip?

Thanks in advance! :)

Not clear if you can now start the car now but I am guessing a clutch issue - you have no choice but drive/tow to a BMW dealer or specialist to investigate - I dont think you will get much help with this issue without a proper error code review and subsequent mechanical inspection.
