I have aproblem! Brakes seize on when hot. I have had front calipers rebuilt and replaced flexi hoses with original BMW parts. Changed to silicone fluid, after serious flushing with methylated spirit. Initially I seemed to have solved the issue after 50 miles of driving, then the problem came back.

Next is to rebuild/replace the master cylinder. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to go about this issue?
Could the problem lie in the servo cylinder???


Is there a cheaper alternative to the original cylinder (312225257)? Apparently many other E28 models used a similar cylinder.
