I'm selling my very nice, clean, low mile, high option E60 M5. Original California car that has been garaged day and night. I have owned it for over 4 years and love it but limited garage space and need for a car with HOV access in the stable dictates sale.

Monaco Blue Metallic / Black perforated Merino full leather
62K miles
SMG with euro software coding that significantly improves shifting
Euro MDM and traction control software that is less restrictive
Every option except fold down rear seats and soft close doors
Full Leather (door panels, dash, console etc.) with alcantra head liner
Active Seats
Seat Ventilation
Comfort Access
Rear and side sunshades
Premium sound
Head Up Display
Clear bra on hood, fenders and mirrors
Tined windows
Painted sidemarkers
Gloss black grills
Black powder coated factory wheels
Factory BMW car cover
Paint very nice and interior immaculate
Clean Carfax, no accidents, all original panels
Always garaged night and day
Was under warranty until 5/2018

I searched for almost a year to find an E60 M5 this clean and under warranty. The previous owner, a BMW CCA member, was a bit OCD and had it regularly detailed by a good detailer.

The euro transmission coding significantly helps drivability.

The color combo is really subtle appearing almost black in low light and metallic blue in bright sunlight. At first I questioned the poplar wood but I've really grown to like the way it pops.

Being an '09 it has LCI updates, newer style door panels, updated iDrive controller etc..
Its been garaged night and day all of its life which has really preserved the plastics and interior so it does not look like a 10 year old car. It has, of course, never seen snow, rarely seen rain and been sheltered from the CA sun.

The interior is extremely nice with no creases or abrasions on the seats. The previous owner was fanatical and hardly ever had passengers. Limited sun exposure has helped preserve the leather dash and panels that otherwise warp on these cars.

Coming form a reformed concourse detailing nut, the paint is very nice but not perfect. The front bumper was repainted by the dealer early in its life and not clear bra-ed like the hood so it has chips that have been touched up. The bumper has a slight indent from road debris that you can see in some of the photos.

There are a few door dings from the previous owner parking in his work garage. I always intended to have them taken out and have not had time.
Tires are Continental ExtemeContact Sport with about 5k miles and warranty from the tire rack.
Its never been tracked.

In the last year/5k miles its had about $6k in maintenance including coils, spark plugs, alternator, battery, oil cooler, fluids etc..
It just received an oil change and service at 62k mi.

I'm happy to have it inspected by a shop within a reasonable distance of west LA.
