Dear all:

After many months of labors, I've finally finished my 2004 Gumball Diary!

http://www.gumball144.com

Just click on the 2004 section on the left, or you can jump directly to any of the days off of the home page.

I'm sorry it took so long, but too many other things got in the way. I promise my 2005 diary will be completed with a month of the Gumball's end.

Best Regards,

Alex

Very nize!

"I can only imagine the terror and fear within the cockipt of Gumball Lamborghini #150. After calming down and wiping the tears from my eyes, I activated the Public Address system concealed within the Polizei M5's front bumper."

Wow:

"With 1-2 fuel stops, the average speed required would be 115mph, or 184kph
."

OÍ managed 170 km/h in average and then my car looked like this after 4 hours (680 km):

What a great diary! Well done Alex! I must say I totally agree with your comments about the Reyland Escort Cosworth drivers - its just common sense. Your diary really gave me an insight into the event that no film has done - what a blast! I look forward to reading your updates on this years event :)

Cheers on the diary. What an incredible write up. I had the pleasure of meeting you when you stopped in Tucson, Az in the 2003 rally. When you were decked out in the bath robes and let off a few smokes bombs in the parking lot before departure. I look forward to reading about this year's rally. Best of luck.

Alex,

You have the gift of writing that many of us wish we had. The diary was a great read. Have you thought of getting together with Brock and doing an current update of his CannonBall book? I like Brock, but that book was a bit bland for the most part.

With all the prep you put into these rally's, I can see you new company doing very well. I wouldn't think twice about hiring a car from you for a event like this.

Cheers!
Rob
