I'm going to get the car tommorow and want to see if i'm getting a fair deal .

It's a 2006 m5 with all the options like active seat , HUD , comfort access and it's local car with no accident . Mileage is around 45k miles.

Price is 44k with 3 years bumper to bumper warranty included . What do you guys think ?

Yes, 3 years warranty is about 4 grand alone !!!

I'm thinking to get the car from U.S before but i will need to go thru paying custom duty /taxes plus all other fees and another thing is the warranty doesn't work in Canada even you have extended warranty from BMW USA . The dealer here will not take it for any warranty work .

It's a very fair price in Canada.

M5's where more money here than in the US new. And still are
So you can't compare us/Canadian prices.
Even with the dollar at par we are still way inflated on car prices compared to you guys.
When I look at what m's go for in the states, it's not fair!! Haha

Most 2006's in my area at a BMW dealership are around 50-58 grand.
Do a search you will see :)

Sometimes i think i should move to U.S lol .... plus the gas price is way cheaper compare to Canada as well

May i ask why you change M5 to M6 ? is it that much different between the two cars ?
