Seen adverts for a Remington Titanium Coated three head rotary shaver. I have a top of the line Philips foil shaver.

When it comes to the more expensive shavers, which gives a closer, easier, faster and better shave?

I cannot wet shave, it just cuts the tops of the pores and they get infected, causing spots. I`m 34, tried everything with blades, so electric is best for me, but never tried a rotary. At nearly $200 for the best ones, I don`t want to buy it just to bin it!!

Hi,
I don't believe price = a good shave. I had a $300+ grundig shaver and it didn't work as well as my $40 Braun shaver.
Unfortunately my $40 braun "died" :(

They stopped making that particular $40 shaver so I bought the updated one for approx. the same price. The new one irritated the hell out of my face. I soaked the blade in rubbing alcohol and it's much much better now.

If you buy a new electric razor, soak the cutting blade in alcohol. Also Neutrogena razor defense helps quite a bit.
