On a serious note, carbon buildup in S62s often only affect the auxillary air ports, which are only used to inject more air into the exhausts during warmup of the catalysts at winter.

In the UAE climate, I doubt you will ever have any use for that feature, nor do I think you have any legal requirement for it.

Conclusion is, if the carbon build up does not cause problems at the valve seats, you might do very well to buy an engine with carbon blocked aux air ports.
