elecrical problem with bi-turbo

when you turn on the headlights from the switch the lights on the dash board start to flicker and some times when it is not flickering and you use the indicator it is like some body just switched off the lights, but this is only inside the car while all this is going on outside lights are fine, any ideas i dont think its the dim switch as ive already looked at that.

Sounds like a dirty earth connection - could be the switch needs a spray with something. These are damp days and it plays havoc with electrics....

Sounds like the ground lead of the dashboard itself is loose or corroded.
