Does anybody know the correct voltage thats needed, in order to activate the solenoid valves in the rear shocks?

Im rebuilding the rear edc shocks with new seals. For this project im going to build a circuit to manually switch between the modes.

Thanks! Cheers

i don't know the voltage, but i have to ask, why don't you just use the switch on the dash to switch between modes?

Perhaps not everyone knows the switch can be retrofitted and the wiring is present.

Indeed.

But I was thinking to add a extra aftermarket switch hiden in the steering column to switch to RACE mode :byee55amg

Check the attachment, see if that helps?

Ok. So having read lots of archive material and BMW schematics, I come to following solution:
4.5v with common ground (per axle) limited to 2ampere. --> 4.5v 1A per solenoid.

Cheers!
