I'm considering coilovers on the M5 and stumbled across some basic reference info on the board about a bypass module for the EDC when running them. Does anyone know who makes these and/or where to get them, or if they are needed?

I'm not trying to start a "why would you run coilovers" thread so if you have any info I would certainly appreciate it!!!

Thanks in advance!

Yes, KW V3 has them. I have them on my car and I think its great. Not as comfy as stock, but i guess thats the purpose of getting coilovers right? Feels more aggressive but with a more stiff and better handleing.

Is there any one other than KW that makes that module? I emailed KW NA and didn't seem to get a favorable response for my 2008...

I'll most likely be running a MOTON setup on the car and wasn't sure if I needed any sort of module for the car?

Thanks again guys!
