Does anyone have any experience with this set up? Any component of it?
I've not had any experience with these on an M5 (as i haven't got one yet :sad3: )
but i have greenstuff pads & turbo groove discs on my Golf VR6, it feels as if the pads are too hard the initial bite is good but they seem to fade fairly quickly. Red stuff are softer compound but need warming up a bit before hard use.
Hope this helps you in some way.

Drilled discs weaken the disc and reduce friction area.

If you must have discs with holes in them then you need ones that are cast/forged with them in!

I had EBC Greenstuff and Black diamond Cross drilled/grooved on my 3.8. The pads warped the discs, fortunately the dealer stood by me and replaced the discs/pads with redstuff. I've now been able to source the larger/later 345mm discs. Redstuff seem to be OK though although the wear sensor cable melted in the pad.
