I don't think that the massive brakes from the other pics can be fitted under those small rims...

IS this an M5 or 545i sports?

545i HP...??

I don't have any facts confirming this, but heard rumors about a 545i HP. This should be a model in-between the regular 545i and the M5.

If you have the chance to look underneath a regular E60, you will see that it’s already prepared for dual exhausts.

But I can’t confirm this…. So let’s wait and see…

With regard to the rims and the front spoiler/airdam...

Let's not forget that the early E39 M5 prototypes ran with smaller than now-stock 18" wheels as well as the regular 5-series side mirrors, not the oval-shaped M ones.

It wouldn't surprise me if that was an M5 prototype, although we HAVE spotted ones with the M front grill now.

They also have different mules to test different things about the car. Reference the newest issue of Road&Track where they test the Ford GT(40). Three different mules... one for.. oh, I don't remember... one for performance, one for HVAC one for something else.
