Well, this is the best forum to post this poll at!

I know that the E63 M6 is faster than the E60 M5....!


But which one would you suggest and WHY?

and Some ideas about exterior paint job and interior leather color!


and any idea about prices because the dealer in bahrain are a RIP OFF! they are always trying to sell the cheapest options with the highest price!

So I'd appreciate help so my friend wouldn't get ripped off!

an Individual color would be amazing..!

I wonder how much of hte M6's performance advantage comes down to the fact that they seem to be testing them with Pilot Sport Cup tires instead of the more street oriented rubber on the M5s.

the M6 is so small. If you're over 6'3" or have a long torso . forgetabout it

The whole thing with BMW M5 for me is the four doors. If I only needed two, I'd probably get a lighter car, maybe the F430 or to save money the M3.
M6 CSL on the other hand....

If I don't need four doors, it would be the E90 M3, hands down. The M6 really isn't much lighter than an M5 (but the M3 is), costs more, and has a less useable rear-seat than the E46 M3 (which will probably be even more so with the bigger E90).

It makes no sense.

For me, it's our first kid on the way that necessitated my choice of the four doors of the M5.

If I could choose a coupe, I'm not sure if I'd get the M6 or the 997 C4S.

M5:

+ four doors, capacity 5 instead of 2+
+ $15,000 cheaper

M6:

+ slightly less/lower weight with slightly better handling
+ some like the styling better, and more exclusive due to lower volume

As the poll results reflect, most will find the M5 more appropriate.

Let us wait for the E63 M6 CSL.... and then we'll see!


But as far as I read the M5 is a prettttty goood choice!


seats 5 and handles a little less better than the M6 and not alot of weight difference!

and can always convert the whole body to CF material!

Why would you wanna do that? Save up some cash for the next 100 years and buy a CLK DTM! :haha:
